Delivery Terms

We offer FREE Home Deliveries for orders over $100 otherwise a flat rate fee of $5 applies on the Mornington Peninsula as we do the deliveries ourselves. For deliveries outside of the Mornington Peninsula, a flat rate shipping cost is applied to every order. This cost covers the contractor only and is no profit for us.

Orders will be delivered between 3-7pm on the Mornington Peninsula. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific time so please arrange an alternate delivery address if no one will be at home.  You will receive a text message when your order will be delivered within the hour.

Alternatively, we are happy to leave your order in a safe place however we cannot take responsibility for frozen products that may thaw and become unusable. The health and safety of your dogs is important to us so please avoid feeding meat products that are not in a state fit for human consumption.

Please advise us if you would like us to leave your order in a designated safe spot by placing a message in the Message Box prior to submitting your order request.

Payments for Home Deliveries can be made online via Credit Card or Direct Debit. We accept Cash On Delivery (and carry change for your convenience) and can also take payments over the phone with Credit Card details if you would prefer.  Tips by way of dog pats are both accepted and requested.

We offer a 5% discount on all products if you display one of our very cute bumper stickers on your vehicle.  You may have seen some around! Upon request we will provide a special discount code to use on our online store or a manual deduction is applicable via Cash On Delivery.  Ask for your complimentary bumper sticker today!
